Terms of service

RESEZA provides research-support services to researchers, including statistical analysis, figure preparation, language editing, journal targeting, submission support, project assistance and citation analysis. In these terms, "we", "us" and "RESEZA" mean RESEZA, and "you" means the person using the site.

Registration is free. You sign in with a one-time email link or with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure, and for the accuracy of the details you give us.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Submitting a request on this site is a request for service, not a contract. We review each request and confirm scope, timing and final price with you before work begins. Prices shown on the site are indicative until we confirm them.

Payment is arranged directly with you, normally over WhatsApp or email. Unless agreed otherwise, service bookings are payable 50% on start and 50% on delivery, project work 30% on start and 70% on completion, and citation analysis in full in advance. Payments received are recorded against your request and visible to you in your account.

We do not store card or bank details, and no payment is taken through this website.

We deliver the specific work agreed - analysis, figures, edited text, formatted manuscripts, reports. Every booking includes one round of revisions unless stated otherwise.

We do not guarantee publication. Acceptance is decided by a journal's editors and peer reviewers and is outside our control. Anyone promising you acceptance is not telling you the truth. We help you target journals your work is genuinely competitive for and meet their requirements.

We do not guarantee citations. Our citation services analyse and report on citations your published work has already received. We do not generate, arrange or solicit citations, because doing so is research misconduct.

Authorship on any manuscript we work on follows the ICMJE criteria: authors are people who contributed substantially to the work, helped draft or revise it, approved the final version, and accept accountability for it.

We do not sell, trade or gift authorship positions, and we will not add a person to a paper who did not contribute to it. Where RESEZA colleagues carry out analysis or drafting that meets the authorship criteria, they are listed with their contribution stated; where our contribution does not meet those criteria, it is disclosed in the acknowledgements instead.

You confirm that work you send us is yours, is not plagiarised, has not been published elsewhere, and that any data involving humans or animals was collected with the approvals your institution requires. We may decline or stop work on anything that appears to breach research integrity standards, and we will tell you why.

Your manuscript, data and research remain yours. Work we produce for you becomes yours once the agreed fee is paid in full.

We treat unpublished material as confidential. It is visible only to you, the specialist assigned to your request, and RESEZA administration. We do not reuse it, share it, sell it, or use it to train anything.

Cancel before work has started and any deposit is refunded in full. Once a specialist has begun, the deposit covers work already done and is not refundable, and the balance is not charged.

If a delivery does not meet the agreed brief, tell us and we will correct it. Citation analysis is not refundable once processing has begun, because the work is done upfront.

You may not use this service to fabricate or falsify data, to obtain authorship you did not earn, to have work submitted under your name that you had no part in, or for anything unlawful. Accounts used this way are closed.

We are liable to you only for the fees you have paid us for the specific piece of work in question. We are not liable for editorial decisions, publication delays, or consequences of a journal's actions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and material changes apply only to work agreed after that date.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [ADD YOUR CITY], India have exclusive jurisdiction.
