RESEZA decides how your personal data is used on this site. Our registered address is [ADD YOUR BUSINESS ADDRESS]. For anything about your data, write to myreseza@gmail.com or message +91 90466 22912.

When you register: your email address, and if you sign in with Google, the name and email Google gives us.

Your profile: full name, gender, age and country, which you provide and can change or leave blank at any time.

When you make a request: the requester details you enter - salutation, name, department, institution, city, state, country, postal code, institutional and personal email, phone and WhatsApp numbers, and ORCID iD if you give one.

Saved profiles: the requester details you choose to store for faster checkout.

Your work: DOIs, manuscript descriptions and anything else you send us about your research.

Technical data: standard server logs kept by our hosting and database providers.

We do not collect card or bank details. No payment is processed on this site.

To create and secure your account; to prepare quotes and deliver the work you ask for; to contact you about your requests by WhatsApp or email; to keep records of what was agreed and paid; and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to. We do not use your unpublished research for anything other than the work you requested, and we do not use it to train any system.

Supabase hosts our database and handles sign-in. Vercel hosts the website. Brevo sends sign-in emails. Google is involved only if you choose Google sign-in. WhatsApp is used when we message you there.

Each of these sees only what it needs to do its job. The specialist assigned to your request sees the details relevant to that request. Nobody else does.

Our database is hosted in Singapore. We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Records of completed work, payments and agreements are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes, usually seven years.

Unpublished manuscripts and data you send us are deleted on request once the work is finished.

You can see and correct most of your information from your profile page at any time. You can also ask us to send you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to myreseza@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you delete your account, we remove your profile and saved details. Records of completed transactions are kept where the law requires it.

Access to your data is controlled at the database level, so one user cannot read another user's records. Administrator access is restricted to a separate account on a separate address. Connections to the site are encrypted.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. There is no advertising or third-party tracking on this site.

This service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Significant changes will be notified by email.
